The firm's fee structure is set to allow individuals to hire quality attorneys without "mortgaging the farm." All cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. That means you pay no fee until your case is settled. When the case settles the fee is taken from the proceeds that the insurance company pays. If you do not receive any settlement, then we do not get paid and you owe no fees. Also, while we are waiting for the insurance company to pay you (so that we can get paid), we advance any expenses that are needed to get your case to settlement.
